BLM Voting Curbside Photo Booth! Peaceful Protest Portrait Project:

Creating Social Awareness through Art!

As we continue to support the BLM movement against systemic racism and police brutality by educating ourselves and joining peaceful protests, we also wanted to provide an alternative way to show support for this movement, in a different setting.

This weekend's theme will be centered around the power of voting! Our Vote is our Voice. Our Voices can Change the World!

FTA Productions would like to invite you to join us in our portrait collage project. We will be taking individual portraits of masked protesters to create a large collage in support of this movement.

We will use the power of the collective to create a piece of art of protest, while also following social distancing guidelines.

Our main focus is to create a safe environment, create community, and spread social awareness through art.

Everyone is invited.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The leaders from the Love and Light organization in Sonoma County are hosting the event "Cycle for Life" in support of the QT BIPOC.

We will have our Photo Booth set up in the Santa Rosa Downtown Square in the main Plaza during this event.

Join us Saturday June, 27th at 2pm

This weekend's theme will be centered around the power of voting!

We will also have a voting registration booth all set up attached to our photography station! So bring all of your friends and family who are not yet registered!

ALTERNATIVE FORM OF PROTEST

We have a lot of friends who are either dealing with health issues, live with an elderly person, have special needs, or don’t feel comfortable in large crowds.

We wanted to provide an alternative way to show support for this movement, in a different setting.

We hope that this provides a platform for the POC in our community and all Allies to share their voices and express their protest through art. Join us Saturday June 27th!
